Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Design with Daisy ("we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit https://designwithdaisy.com, take our style quiz or book a design consult. By using the site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
When you take the style quiz or book a consult, we collect what you enter: your name, email, mobile phone number, your ZIP code and, for investment properties, the property’s city or ZIP.
We also collect your quiz answers. For homeowners, these are the cabinets, counters, backsplash or floors, hardware and wall color you pick, your project type, the rooms you want designed, your budget range and your timeline. For investors, agents and builders, they are your strategy, the property’s size, beds and baths, its estimated after-repair value, the design scope you want, when demo starts and how many projects you do a year. When you book directly, without the quiz, we collect who the project is for and what it is: the project, or your plan for the property. When you book, we collect the consult time you choose.
We record whether you checked the SMS consent box, your device’s time zone (so our messages reach you at a sensible local hour), the page you submitted the form from, and the campaign that brought you to the site, if there was one.
When you visit, our website host records standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. When you submit a form, a spam-protection check from our host reads signals from your browser to confirm the submission is genuine.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare for and schedule your design consult, respond to your questions, and, if you opt in, send text messages about your consult and project. We also use it to keep a record of your communication preferences and consent, protect the site from spam and fraud, and improve our services and website.
SMS & Text Messaging Terms
Program description
Design with Daisy operates this text messaging program. When you check the SMS consent box on a form at https://designwithdaisy.com, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide about your design consult and project, such as scheduling, reminders and replies to your questions. Opt-in happens only through our website forms, with a separate, optional consent box that stays unchecked unless you check it. Consent is never a condition of booking a consult or hiring Design with Daisy.
How to opt out
You can cancel text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through a form on our website, the same way you did the first time.
Help and customer care
If you have any trouble with our text messages, reply HELP for help, or contact our customer care team at daisy@designwithdaisy.com.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your project and your requests. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers and delivery
Our text messages work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Mobile data protection
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Compliance and privacy
We follow the laws and industry standards that apply to text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with these categories of recipients, and our service providers may use it only to provide services to us:
- Customer relationship, scheduling and messaging providers store your contact details, quiz answers and consult booking so we can follow up, schedule your consult and send the messages you agreed to.
- Our marketing services provider sets up and manages those systems for us and handles your information only to run them.
- Our website host serves the site, keeps standard request logs and checks form submissions for spam and abuse.
- Legal and safety disclosures are made only when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools, and we do not let other companies collect information about your activity on our site to track you across other websites or over time. The site stores one setting in your browser: whether you paused the homepage video, so it stays paused on your next visit. While you take the style quiz, your answers and contact details are kept in this browser tab's session storage so a refresh doesn't lose them, and to show your results. Closing the tab clears them. You can clear this storage, or block cookies and site storage, in your browser settings, though some features, such as submitting a form, may not work as intended if you do.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Because we do not track visitors across other websites or over time, the site does not change how it works when it receives one.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including limiting who can see your contact and consent records. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, using the contact details below. We respond to reasonable requests as applicable law requires.
Third-party links
Our site links to sites we do not control, such as Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, so review their policies when you visit them. This policy covers only information collected by Design with Daisy.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and the current version will always be here. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will say so at the top of this page.
